Our Cleanroom Testing and Certification Services
Non-Viable Particle Count Testing
Particle count testing ensures that the airborne particulate cleanliness levels in your cleanroom meet the ISO 14644 standards. We use state-of-the-art particle counters to monitor and verify particle concentrations at various points within your cleanroom.
HEPA/ULPA Filter Integrity Testing
We test the integrity of HEPA and ULPA filters to ensure they are functioning correctly and effectively trapping airborne particles. This includes scanning for leaks and verifying filter performance.
Airflow Volume/Velocity
Ensures both unidirectional and non-unidirectional flow areas are properly balanced and unidirectional zones are maintaining proper air patterns.
Temperature and Humidity Control
Maintaining proper temperature and humidity levels is critical for many cleanroom applications. We monitor and verify these environmental parameters to ensure they remain within specified limits.
Pressure Differential Testing
Ensures that the pressure gradients between adjacent cleanroom areas are maintained, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring proper containment.
Air Balancing
Adjusts airflow in the air handling systems to achieve design airflow, room air exchange rates, and pressure cascade.
Recovery Testing
Recovery testing helps determine the efficiency of your cleanroom’s air filtration and HVAC systems in removing particulate matter after a contamination event.
Lighting, Sound and Vibration Testing
Performed to design specification to ensure worker comfort.
