GAS FLOW METER CALIBRATION
Gas flow meters are critical devices used to measure the flow rate of gases in various industrial, scientific, and commercial applications. Accurate gas flow measurement is vital in ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Therefore, gas flow meters must be calibrated regularly to maintain their accuracy and reliability.
Using our Gas Flow Calibration System we can calibrate gas flow meters and rotameters from 1 SCCM up to 500 SLPM with a measurement uncertainty from ± 0.25% of reading + 0.12 SCCM to ± 0.52% of reading + 0.17 SLPM.
Gas Flow Meter Calibration Includes:
-
Traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
-
Certificate with as found/as left calibration data
-
Standard 5 day turnaround time with expedite options available
-

What calibration service options are available?Standard Calibration (ANSI/NCSL Z540.1) This service options includes a NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable calibration certificate with instrument identifcation, calibration date, method used and before/after calibration data. Most companies choose this option. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Calibration Calibration is performed in accordance with ISO 17025 and is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). The calibration certificate includes the accrediting body's logo, measurement uncertainty, instrument identifcation, calibration date, method used and before/after calibration data.

Some of our instruments are difficult to move. How do we get it calibrated? When your instruments are difficult to move or when downtime is not an option, we can provide On Site Calibration Services. Our metrologists will visit your facility and take all of the required standards to perform the calibrations. Your instruments can be put back in service as soon as the calibration is complete and in most cases we will provide the calibration certificates on the following business day.
